“We are family with kids and drove to Koh Samui. This property offer 6 units but only 3 parking lots. We are force to park our 2 cars at open space about 2-3 minutes walk between coconut tree/grass and no lights. Though beach is 5-7 minutes walk away but we can't access to it since there are private property in front of the beach”

They advertised many facilities they in-fact do not have such as a hot tub, spa, 4 outdoor pools, children’s playground, children’s pool, games room, golf, bike riding & the list goes on. None of the facilities are available at there villas yet they advertise them to be & mislead their guests. “The "honeymoon suite" was an entire villa. Perhaps I didn't look at the pictures close enough, but I was so surprised to have the whole home to myself. Tai and her team met me for a warm welcome and laid out beautiful flowers in the entry. The kitchen was large and seemed to have all the essentials. The home was very quiet, I slept deeply. I only booked one night as a fix before going to the airport the next day. As soon as I arrived, I wished I'd booked a longer trip! I would definitely visit...

“Pros- friendly staff, lovely private pool (we stayed at the villa that’s connected to the beach, wonderful view and nice beach area in front of place Cons- master bath sink had a heavy mold smell, cleanliness and upkeep were poor, entry to all rooms was outside- none were connected, large cracks between windows and doors to let mosquitos in ”

“We recently (October 2024) stayed in the Sundance Villa as a family of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights. Property was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable and each room had its own bathroom giving everyone their own privacy. The pool was amazing and provided hours of fun.
