"Very nice hotel "

"Salman Alamri the receptionist was the most welcoming helping person I’ve dealt with before. "

"They are fake, they still my money and they did not provide me the room and they did not accept the booking confirmation."

"Booked a club lounge room for drinks and snacks in the evening as my 3 previous visits. On check in was told the times for breakfast, lunch and evening snacks in the club lounge. When entering the club lounge in the evening I was told I had to book and pay extra for food and drinks due to Ramadan. The hotel said a message should have been sent but I received nothing. Had to take room service as the only option. I pointed out on their website that they still advertise club room access at a higher price."
