“The architecture was amazing. The restaurants and food offerings were good (reservations were hard to come by when they were empty). Beautiful pools and beachfront. Staff was cordial and polite. Prices for items on menus vs. charges varied, issues with the toilet and sink in the room required fixing. It seemed like a new property trying to get their bearings. But for the location, food and atmosphere, I'd go back in a heartbeat.”

“Heaven on earth! The resort is surreal. If you're looking to isolate yourself in nature and be hosted by some of the kindest people in the world. Look no further. The pictures give you an idea, but this is a must see in person. Recommended to rent a vehicle if you have a family or a lot of luggage. If you're backpacking, it's a 30 min walk from the main road. Make sure to follow the Google maps directions for VEHICLE only! We got lost for following the WALKING route.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Siwa Tulum Unique Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The only downside for me was its location—it’s a bit far from the hotel zone and Tulum downtown, making it less convenient to access markets or other attractions. "The hotel is currently under construction, and there was no prior notice or announcement about it. Due to the construction, many shortcuts were blocked, and there was a shortage of golf carts, so we had to walk to use hotel facilities such as the pool. And when we arrived, all the dinner restaurant reservations were fully booked, so we had to eat at the buffet for all four days. But the beach is beautiful and has the advantage of being eco-friendly. "

"Unforgettable trip"

"I had an amazing experience at TRS YUCATAN for my honeymoon. Before our trip, I contacted the hotel via email to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they surprised us with honeymoon events and decorations in our room and throughout the facilities. I was truly touched by their attention to detail and care. What I liked the most was how friendly the staff were. If I ever visit again, I would definitely want to stay at TRS YUCATAN."
