“separate hous in closed community - very safe. Own cenote to swim. Fresh towels every day. It was difficult to get check in instructions, but managed after few inquiries. No hot water in the kitchen, but ok.”

“Overall it was a disaster living here. The place is in the middle of nowhere and the road is completely broken. Then we waited half an hour outside the building in heat as the main door was locked. The number to Property was unreachable. Some delivery guy gave us access to the building. Then there was no reception. Somehow the management replied by saying that we should receive instructions to enter the room shortly but even after 4:00 pm after 1.5 hrs of waiting we were still waiting outside...
