“After 4 days riding a motorcycle around Northern Vietnam this hotel was extremely comfortable. Comfortable bed, never ending hot water, the food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I asked for a sauna & massage, I tried telling the girls i wanted the sauna first but they had no interest in figuring out what i was saying and then my hour long massage only lasted about 40 minutes and was still charged full price. So if i had it to do over I'd stay at same...
