The room on the second floor with a king size bed was bizarre. It had no bedside table lamps, had no wall plugs available, the small fridge was dirty, carrots still stuck, the bathroom floor was not clean, especially around the toilet. The room had a unpleasant smell. However, the bed was ultra comfortable.

Stayed here one night with my partner and dog. Room had a patio door so load in and out was really easy. Comfortable bed and very spacious room. Really close walking path along the current, so it was a great place to take the dog out.

The room itself was bright and relatively clean. Not our hair or our Australian Labradoodle's on the bathroom floor. The maintenance in our room was lacking. The bathtub needs a good cleaning with a polishing liquid. The carpet needs cleaning. We knew it might be noisy, due to close proximity to the TransCanada Highway, it was. Lots of semi trucks all night. Drowned it out with Airconditioning. The air conditioner and bathroom fan are both very noisy! All it would take is scheduled maintenance throughout the hotel. The breakfast was lacking with the premade egg patties! Toast was great. Marmalde is very stale,not soft,more like an overset jello.
Loved the bed, sparkling white clean sheets, lovely mattress,comfortable bed and lovely warm comforter. The TV worked well and I was able to turn down the volume to 7, still hear and watch, letting my husband sleep and the guests on either side! Loved the front desk staff,both at check in and check out. Kim was wonderful. There was a computer issue and she made it pleasant by doing all she could to make it easy for every customer! Check out this morning was pleasant and lovely. Nice smiles from front desk staff and the Manager. I appreciate your lovely attitude with your still struggling computer system this morning! Overall,it was a pleasant stay for us.
