"It's a really awful experience!! I booked two rooms, air conditioner for two rooms are not cooling at all. Outside temperature is 37 celsius degree, in the room is 29 celsius degree. "Hotel Clean, service very friendly. Very basic in terms of catering. No room service. And if you want dinner you have to go 2 minutes round the corner to the bigger Holiday Inn, which in all fairness does a good burger with friendly service. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with western option being toast, cereal and self serve coffee. "This hotel is well situated near a large shopping center and a metro stop. Also, there are nearby bus stops as well. The hotel itself seems to be well-maintained and the room is mostly comfortable. I say mostly because it always seems so hot in the rooms, even in the dead of winter. I always have to ask for a fan to offset the heat. I adjust the thermostat, but it doesn't seem to help.
