"pros: - If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel. - Located in downtown, so it’s convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing. - Relatively affordable price. cons: - The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel. - If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy, but there was no prior notice about this. -> Fortunately, it was refunded immediately after checkout. - The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center. - The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I don’t understand her attitude. To add, they didn’t change my room. - In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price."
