“We absolutely loved our stay here! Nice, friendly staff. The location couldn't have been better. The improvements that could be made are: 1. staircase access. Sometimes it took quite a while for the elevators to come. We were on 2nd floor so it'd been nice if we could just walk up or down a level rather than having to use the elevator. 2. More dishwashing liquid and laundry powders for people who are staying longer. ”

“Booking was a little confusing as there was no clear indication which property we were booking. It was a lucky dip of either Northshore or Waterline Oceanside which are owned by the Vine Property group but neighbouring apartments blocks. The apartment was in good condition.
