“I had a great stay at this property. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. The property is the perfect place for 1-2 people and has a lot of modern touches that make the stay feel like a nice place. It is also in a great location, and I did not hear anything from neighbors during my stay. Overall, I would totally stay here again, and if you're looking for somewhere to stay very close to downtown, you can't beat this...

“I loved the clean beautiful apartment. I had come for QuiltCon2025 and could easily walk to the Convention Center and felt very safe in the neighbourhood. An easy walk to Matt’s Big Breakfast ❤️ which I did twice! The roof top pool and view where lovely, I enjoyed the coffee station on the main floor where you can choose hot chocolate or your favourite coffee from freshly ground beans. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It is a place like hidden gem. Great pool, activities, and comfortable room quality. We want to visit again as soon as possible.”

“This unit is great for a family or 2 couples. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. We were bummed the pool was under maintenance and could not enjoy it. Otherwise everything was fine. ”

“Loved the unit (could use a bath mats). Checking in and out was great. Loved easy access to the convention center especially since we parked our car in the locked garage and walked everywhere. Great access to many places to eat as well. Very secure building with great amenities. Once we figured out which doors worked we didn't have any issues. We even enjoyed the hot tub! My only complaint was how uncomfortable the couch was, but it looks nice & bathrooms could use a bath mat for the cement...

“Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Wish communication between the guests and staff was more efficient. Everything was communicated through email- (delayed responses) On site staff members can not assist guests with their stay as they are not associated with guest stays. Overall rating 7/10. ”

“A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!”

“Lovely spot, very roomy with two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry too. Great local coffee, pastries and food. Very little to complain about and would be very happy to stay here again. Only things to note, the lockbox for the pool key did not work which didn't matter to us because it was too cold and be warned, the parking spot is VERY small. Even a full sized car would struggle to fit.”
