“The lady was very nice/accommodating getting us a ground level room because of my handicap daughter. What I didn't like there was no shampoo, body wash, or pump hand soap glad I brought shampoo/bodywash with us and went out to buy pump hand soap for washing hands rather then use the bar of soap which dried out hands. The tile floor was separating coming up & was unlevel & tub spout was loose away from wall. No extra pillows only 2 for each double bed no extra blankets. We got a non smoking room...

“Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, there was a little bit of toilet paper left on the roll and no extra toilet paper in the bathroom, and the room was not properly cleaned. There was dirt throughout the shower and on the light switches, which was especially concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. “No Wi-Fi, TV didn’t work, walls as thin as paper, no soap in the bathroom, difficult check-in, seems like a section 8 type of place. And that’s fine, but if you’re a tourist, that might not really fly with you. It wasn’t super great for us. The guy in the next room might as well have been at the foot of our bed. The best thing I can say for it is that there was plenty of hot water.”
