I strongly, strongly advise to not travel here if you are someone who is looking for service. Whether it be good or just decent would have been a little more tolerable.
This place is desolate for service, care, or anything of that sort.
On the first night there after +12hrs of travel, we were informed for my husband, myself, and our 3 yr old that would be not be able to eat dinner at the only restaurant on the resort due to no reservation made prior - even though they were aware of our check in many many days prior.

It was one challenge after the other with this place, once we were finally able to dine at the restaurant it was mediocre.
Once we decided to venture into town realizing the staff at the resort don't care and don't want to be of any service truly, we still had to beg for a table for dinner at a local restaurant. Don't expect to order what you'd like either, tables next to you may be able to because they bribe
