“The Oxford studios was very cute and modern. It felt clean. There were some dishes that weren’t washed and instant coffee sachets that we open and not removed. Other than that very nice. Straight forward to enter the property. Communication with hosts was timely and efficient .”

“A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere.”

“Beautiful accommodation one minute walk from Woodstock High Street and square. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Bus stop to Oxford at end of road and costs £2. We stayed in Tailors suite which is a self contained flat, as opposed to studio flat, access to lovely garden and off road parking. Highly recommend this property. Our host Pauline was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and made us feel at home. All in all, a perfect stay!”

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. ”
