“Riverview suites are the best had everything I needed in a beautiful view. Breakfast and omelettes made to order our awesome in the social hour. Drinks were great. Bar prices are extremely pricey, but the two free drinks made it nice.”

“야구장 바로앞 새 건물,객실도 넓고 카펫이 아닌 마루라서 더 깨끗한듯,음료수 넣을만한 미니 냉장고 있음,루프탑 야경 최고!다운타운이랑 리버트레일 모두 걷기 편한 위치 좋음, 사각형 구조의 건물인데 한쪽은 식당 위층이라 쫌 시끄러울수도 있겠다 생각됨”

“항상 만족하는 드루리 숙박입니다. 그런데 이번에는 한밤 중에 화재경보가 울려서 잠을 잘 못 잤습니다. 그 상황에 대한 어떤 설명도 없었고, 체크 아웃할 때 까지도 사과 한마디 듣지 못했습니다. 많은 숙박객들이 새벽에 경보에 놀라서 호텔 밖으로 나와야했던 상황에 대해서 누구도 설명도, 사과도 안하는 것은 도저히 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 드루리가 문제를 처리하는 방식을 처음 제대로 들여다 본 결과 신뢰하기 어렵다는 생각이 들었습니다.”

“Nice clean property. Nice friendly staff. Breakfast was great, many options to choose from. Will stay again. Only complaint is no parking for the hotel. ”

“We like coming to Great Wolf but the water was colder than usual and the air temp in the waterpark was also colder than usual.”

“We love the location as it is easily accessible to so many things. The parking garage that we parked in was a little tough as the elevators were all down and I paid $55 for a 2 night stay, which I feel is a little much. I would say we enjoyed the room and the shower was great but the pillows left a little to be desired. Enjoyed the stay though!!”

“All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The Hotel was new, so everything looked clean and fresh. The bar staff were fun to converse with. The cocktails were well made. The wine list was small and could use some work. Even the Valet was personable. Staff allowed us to meet with friends in the lobby area and socialize while sipping some wine. We had a good stay.”

“We booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation. Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on …....
