“Parking was good Room was clean but a little noisy after 10pm Didn’t see any staff A/C working fine ”

“We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

“This place was really nice. I had no complaints about the room. It was amazing. What was so disappointing is booking with a resort with no amenities or food services. It’s really a glorified hotel. ”
