“We really liked the Residence Inn of Springfield. It was a very nice property. The rooms we had were very roomy and clean. The property was well taken care of and in a great location! The staff was nice and easy to work with. It is a comfortable place to stay!”

“The check in staff was super sweet and helpful. We didn't get a fork with the food we had ordered from a local restaurant but, the night staff was super kind in finding some for us. Thank you so much for that! The room was easy to find. The hotel was super welcoming with Christmas decor and very clean. ”

The next morning we extended our stay for another day (too tired to finish our trip back to Chicago). Trinity, at the front desk, was equally exceptional.
