We originally booked a double bed cabin that was in our price range for our little family trip just my husband and 16 month old and they upgraded us to a king bed and the best cabin they had for free. I mean who does that really!? I will choose this place everytime and don't even need the upgrade. “PHENOMENAL STAFF! The team members at this hotel are exceptional. We checked-in around 5am after a very long road trip. Scott, at the front desk was incredible. The next morning we extended our stay for another day (too tired to finish our trip back to Chicago). Trinity, at the front desk, was equally exceptional.
