“I was very impressed with Almond milk (non-dairy) at breakfast - first time I see this at hotel - they should ALL have it! There was also HOT water spout for tea. Most hotels have lukewarm water for tea and preparing instant oats. Would like to see more gluten free options. Good variety of fruit. Lady at front desk very helpful. TV at breakfast area not blaring super loud like some hotels - THANKS! Liked the bathtub - most new hotels only have shower.”

“Nice hotel with friendly professionals. Fransico was there when I checked in. Very knowledgeable of area and very kind. I was in the area to visit family and i didnt know Ray Charles was from Albany. There is a beautiful park directly across the street with his statue. You can hear his music playing softly but clear. As I got closer i notice like a riverwalk and walking trail. Very clean and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay. ”

“I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. Most clientele appeared to be crackheads and no amenities were available. Furniture was worn out and covers torn. Evening clerk packed up and went home and if you called...
