“There was renovation going on we were unaware of ahead of time. Also the game room was closed. Room was brand new and clean & comfortable. There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it. “The staff was great. Rooms were quiet. There were two or three people making plates of food at breakfast. They occupied the waffle machines for at least ten minutes, filled multiple plates with eggs, ham, waffles and potatoes. Then they took them out to the waiting cars in the parking lots. I am not even sure if they were guests of the hotel. They also made a mess. ”
