“We enjoyed the lazy river very much. Room was large and clean. Bed was nice. Enjoyable experience.”

“First off, the resort is beautiful and all the staff were wonderful. In most cases I believe it would be an easy 5 star review, however we did not stay at the best time. The resort was preparing to transition for a private event which effected the dining options and had a lot of work going on around the property. My main complaint was we were not made aware of any of the changes before or even upon check-in. It wasnt until the morning after that we received a text saying the main resteraunt...

“The property is located in a convenient part of Scottsdale. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. However, the name “resort“ seems to be a bit of a reach. The property is extremely large, but the buildings and signage and the hotel lobby seemed outdated and in need of some renovation. It was nice to have water refilling stations throughout the property, but the machines themselves looked cracked and poorly kept up. “We stayed in the back by the conference rooms which was ugly & a long walk from everything. Should be for the very loud conference guests only. Hotel could not keep up with towel service at the pools - although they were lovely. Staff was hit & miss. ”
