"The room was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable. Amenities were skimpy and breakfast was not included. "

"Our condo looked as if recently updated. Very clean and spacious. We were on the ground floor. Only negative is their is a unit above with poor or no sound insulation in floor. They had kids, that jumped and ran around all evening. Sounded like a herd of elephants. There was no recourse."

I had to complain 2 more times before a nice staff member, Madison, finally got it done, and we finally got in our room after 6:00, which is unacceptable. "
