“the room was damp when we arrived, the tv was only analog and had no channels other then PBS. Lastly breakfast was poorly attended to no fruit, very scimpy amounts of food which led to constantly asking if there was more by 7am. and having to continue to ask for coffee was absurd.”

“Smelled like smoke that was covered with air freshener. Very outdated, rug in poor condition, breakfast was bad coffee and cereal.”

There was visible hair in the bathtub, grime and debris along baseboards and surfaces, and one of the towels provided had visible staining and did not appear clean. I also observed multiple insects in the room, including in the bathroom. More concerning, the room door did not function properly. “Convenient location, room was sort of clean, used toilet paper roll and a makeup towel with lipstick stains was left in our room but no smell to the room, kind of had a sewage smell outside but it wasn’t too bad, they have free breakfast but the eggs smelled bad so we went across the street for McDonald’s. Can hear everything outside of your room we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and walking by our room even with the door shut.Pool is not heated so wasn’t accessible yet....
