"It was nice hotel with great view. but it was hard to connect to reception desk from the room so i had to come down to the reception to ask what i want. and also reception desk staffs don't really know about what kind of program they have and told me to ask the spa staff. and also if you don't like to be disturbed, you have to put your sign on your door, otherwise they would knock your door several times during the day. i am not sure whether it is culture in portugal, but i was startled when staff knocked door many times and even opened the door to barge in to say whether i want more chocolate. i was taking nap during the daytime and woke up because of that knock. and if you want additional water bottle for your room, it isn't free. "
