Lin and other staff were absolutely awesome and accomodating. Too bad I left with so many bedbug bites. Please fix your bedbug infestation. I was previously checked into Room 402. Room looked as clean as ever but after the first night of sleeping, I woke up with bedbug bites all over my left hand and left thigh.

Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience.

KINN Studios’ location is stellar for visiting Singapore and for enjoying the beauty of its Chinatown. Walking distance to public transport and 25min cab to SIN Changi Airport. The neighborhood is very charming with lots of cafes, traditional houses and cool temples. The reception and KINN studios staff are simply exceptional. They are very welcoming and sweet. Rooms are nice and tidy, but they’re quite small, so better pack lightly to not overcrowd the room. They are not soundproof too (at least on the groundfloor), so you can hear if people are loud in the hallway.

Stayed in Kinn for a night (long layover in singapore). Nice staff and clean rooms. Had a wonderfull night of sleep in the comfy beds. Walking distance from many restaurant and bars. Few minutes walk from metro station. Would stay again for my next trip to singapore!

I stayed for three nights for leisure. Service quality was good in general. Thank you for quiet and comfort stay there. I found that time of room cleaning could be late afternoon, not during time range of am11-pm3. It can let guest wait for coming in the room when return early from outside for shopping or some else. It is better to place door plate "No room cleaning required" to let guest choose.

What a wonderful boutique hotel with a family vibe. The staff were all kind, thoughtful, friendly. They were test marketing a coffee shop in the hotel so we had the most delicious chai latte, coffee latte and fresh squeezed orange juice for free! The place has been completely renovated. The rooms are cozy and well-designed. A desk, tv that swivels, a double bed, coffee and tea in the room, four pillows (a bit too puffy for my personal comfort though), and still room for two bicycles. Keep in mind the bed is situated against a wall so only one side has a reading light. It was fine for us for a few nights, but a couple might find it tight for long-term. Downstairs is a kitchen area with a microwave, hot and cold water and a table and chairs. Great place to have a snack. Many restaurants and cocktail lounges close by, but our room at the back of hotel was very quiet. Just local roosters in the morning for a friendly wake up call. Loved this place and highly recommend it.

優點︰前台服務非常好，房間比想像中大，整體舒適，房間有瓶裝水，樓下也有飲水機很方便。地點是3個地鐵站附近，非常方便，樓下有酒吧街，有甜品店。 缺點︰有一晚不小心弄污床單，但第二天發現污跡仍在，才發現床單沒有更換，明白環保原因未必每天更換床單，但有明顯污跡就應該更換。另外洗澡去水很慢，容易溢出。熱水爐是儲水式，要預先開啟，而且熱水很快用完，要注意。很多人也提及隔音問題，是會有外面車的聲音，但我認為可接受。
