"Very nice hotel. Staff show great respect to guests and are very helpful. The breakfast was a bit expensive and we decided against it because we only wanted a light snack. Ate at Paris Baguette next door which was pretty good."

"The property provides incredible views of the ocean and nice to walk around the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby area restaurants are modern looking and clean. The hotel could do a better job with the outside of the property. You can see the rust marks from balcony running down the walls outside, rust in the metal shutter dividers that separate the balcony of one room and the other. The path that goes from the property to the beach has a lot of garbage on the sides. "

"I loved this property but there were some issues. Initially we were told that the AC was not available until summer. However due to in-floor heating the room was hot. After phoning guest services we were told how to turn off the boiler and then told to open window. The next we complained it was still too warm and asked for fan which they said would be delivered. Once returning for the evening there was no fan. I went to front desk and told them that if there is no AC the least they can do is provide fans. Shortly after this complaint we were given the remote for the AC. INTERESTING!! The other shortcoming was the wifi was basically useless. We could hardly check in for our next flight and had to bring this up with the guest services. This problem could not be remedied. Otherwise this location and hotel was great. The carpets were stained and dirty in hallways. It does need some attention. The parking was included and secure in garage. I would stay here again. "
