“First of all, whole facility was great as like 5 star resort. However, reception team need to improve English especially on how to put 'please or Mr' not to speak of Sir. Most disappointing thing was taxi service to the airport. Even though I booked one day before and paid(no receipt), a taxi did not show up and reception did not have any information. To be honest, not for indivisual family but for group tourists.”
