“Tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Fuße der Bahai Terrassengärten (keine 100 Meter) im Deutschen Viertel. Frühstück nicht in Hotel möglich aber in kurzer Distanz 2 sehr gute Restaurants, die schon morgens geöffnet sind. Service war nicht besetzt, lief alles über Email oder Telefon (Englisch). Irreführend ist die Angabe eines Hotelparkplatzes (gibt es nicht), man muss draußen auf der Straße parken (es gibt dort Parkbeschränkungen). Würde dennoch wieder buchen, die Lage ist unschlagbar.”

Owner was very responsive. You’ll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though. Very close to Bahá’i gardens, 1-2 mins walk to the ground terraces. “We were within easy walking distance of shops, the water, and historical sites. Very friendly staff and historic building. Would stay again!”

“Wonderful and affordable. Location is great, right near buses and funicular (also near lots of great restaurants and bars). Room was spacious, clean and had brand new furniture. Bathrooms and Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was available on-site behind a security gate. ”

“Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. ”
