The rixos app is next to useless. Does not work. The a la carte is good as they limit the tables to serve. Buffet is actually a really good range of food. Beach is decent with wind guards but restricts view of the sea. Salt water infinity pool is behind a building which defeats the point. Spa was good. Good massage and Turkish scrub. Kids club open till midnight. Great little activities there to book. Beer always warm as well as soft drinks. Even if in the fridge or bar. Some pool bars are good service some not so. Bed comfy. Shower no water pressure. Housekeeping is a joke, tip or no tip. We had a kitchen in our room. Wanted to make porridge for my daughter and was told this is only if you had a bultler. I called housekeeping etc for 1 hour before I eventually got answer. Guest relations didn't even apologise or take it seriously. Overall, resort is amazing in terms of pool, spa, kids club and buffet. Different al carte restaurants if you manage too book! Service is a complete let down. Due to that I will not go to Rixos Radamis again.

I have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh and felt compelled to write a review highlighting the exceptional service and wonderful experiences we had. First, I must extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Ahmed Amer at the Reception. His dedication and insistence on making our stay smooth and perfect were truly felt from the very beginning. I would also like to give a special thank you to Olga from Guest Relations. She was incredibly helpful and played a key role in ensuring we could try several of the fantastic à la carte restaurants. Our gratitude also goes to several other outstanding team members who made our days special: · Youseef at the beach burger station, who made the most delicious and juicy burgers. · Chef Saed at the à la carte restaurant L' Olivo, whose pizza, pasta, and steak were remarkable. · The incredible team at the Rixy Kids' Club. They made my daughter so happy that she didn't want to leave! Their energy and activities are a true asset to the resort. · The drivers of the golf carts (most of whom were named Mohamed!). They were fast, efficient, and a lot of fun. The food throughout the resort was largely excellent. The Sapphire Buffet was outstanding—so good that it rivaled some à la carte restaurants! Among the specialty restaurants, T-Bone and L'Olivo were absolutely amazing. If I were to mention one minor downside,

Bad stay

We were disappointed with the hotel and their service at the reception, they are very harsh and asked for extra money for a child, even though the room was booked with two children and the age is listed on the reservation, the hotel is fully booked and they are not ready for it, they don't clean near the pool and also in the lobby it takes a lot of time. Not worth the money and not suitable for Rixos level

Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. First day when we arrived our suite had no hot water , and the main room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working fine . They came for maintenance and they took from my day more than 3 hours . After that they told me you should turn the water on hot for 15 mins so it can be hot !! After all they have changed our suite to a good one . Their employees on reception are not helpful at all . Some of them were mean also . NOT A RECOMMENDED HOTEL AT ALL . I have stayed in Rixos segate before and had a perfect stay . But this one they need ages until they start to be a good hotel with a good service. Also i this they need more staff. Very bad . Thank you

It is really nice place, but the reservation it says all inclusive when it’s not For example, if you are planning to get in to the boat inside the hotel, you must pay extra also if you want food to your room also it’s extra or if you want to use the KAYAK same thing Also for children’s, you must pay extra $150 that was not on the website I came to Egypt to see the Arabic culture I did not see that over there Most of the people are Russian also the music everywhere the most of it Russia the party is Russian music sometimes which is less than 5% Arabic or English Soccer to my experience with other places, I’m not supposed to go back there for the next vacation

Excellent customer service the hospitality went above and beyond, the amenities exceeded our expectations, the choice of a la cart was amazing. The hotel was keep clean and maintained to a high standard and the entertainment was also great. Only thing I would say would be the buffet food breakfast and dinner could be improved maybe by offering different world food nights or more variety for cooked breakfast.
