"Checking in was a smooth and quick process, the staff were welcoming and friendly. My friend and I booked a Standard Twin Room and was genuinely surprised by how spacious the room was - we were able to lay down two large suitcases and still have room to walk around comfortably. The hotel and the room itself was clean and tidy. We were so grateful for the cleaning staff - we always came back to a made-up, tided room with water bottles always topped up. The area around the property is a bit on the rougher side, with frequent smokers but it was quite and was within walking distance to 2 metro stations / lines, numerous restaurants and shopping area. We will definitely book Nine Tree again if we return to Seoul!"

"This hotel is beautiful and spacious. The location is excellent, right outside the lake and next to the mall. The gym is very large and luxurious for a hotel gym. The staff were very kind and accommodating. You can request anything (like more water bottles) via the phone from your room. I would absolutely stay here again."
