Strange guys (not dressed of hotel staff) who don't speak English well are always at their smartphones. Elevators smell terrible. If I don't change my hotel to another my opinion about Korea could be nightmare because of this hotel. No breakfast, no late check out, no any services. Awful "

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"
