“The Neat Hotel is well situated and walking distance to the "Portas da Cidade" and great restaurants nearby. We arrived before check-in; process was quick and easy. Was told our room may be ready before check-in and offered to hold our luggage while we explored. When we got back the room was ready (earlier than expected).
