“The view was absolutely incredible. The staff — especially the man at the front desk — was extremely attentive, professional, and cheerful. The hotel itself was just amazing. The view from the room at the back was breathtaking. What I liked less was that the mattress was, for me, way too firm — or maybe just old and worn out.”

“호텔 위치가 중심인 폰타델가다에서 멀기는 하지만 침대사이즈가 커서 어른2면 아이1명이 같이 자기에 좁지는 않았습니다. 사우나 사용도 가능했고 한가지 아쉽다면 인사이드 풀장의 물이 따뜻했으면 더 좋았을것 같네요. 주변에 만족스러운 레스토랑이 많이 없어서 호텔에서 식사하거나 다른 지역으로 나가야합니다. 호텔에서 식사하는 경우 예약이 필요합니다.”

“The people were so nice, especially the man covering the night shift, he spend time giving us advices on tours or what to do, always keen to find a solution when I asked for another pillow. Grreat central location on the island and big rooms.”

“Clean rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop swimming pool and a small but effective gym. Delicious breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options and choice of juices including freshly pressed. Small issue. Asked for packed breakfast for last day, stating we are vegetarian and need lactose free milk. The breakfast box provided had cheese and meat in croissant and yoghurt, fruit and cookies. So pretty much had the fruit for last breakfast. Maybe some misunderstanding.”
