"Inside are great. These condos on the west side should not be open for business. First-The construction workers parking next to you personal vehicle and using power equipment. 2nd we had no hot water, spent most of the morning changing rooms twice. The first night of dining we were sat at a table with people we didn’t know and very loud and attire was not observed. 3rd, my credit card was charged by Expedia and also by the resort, two times. I will be reporting that to my banking instruction....

"I was a bit hesitant to reserve a room as the reviews were not constantly favorable. We were very surprised - the hotel was recently updated. The rooms were beautifully renovated, the beds comfortable, the lobby was clean, and the virtual check in was an interesting process. The breakfast was just so, so. Overall, I would book this hotel again."

"My kids and I had a wonderful 4 night stay. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and happy hour in the evening. Megan at the bar was so kind making Shirley Temples for the kids and giving us recommendations for dinner and the sunset. The pool area and hot tub were clean and so pleasant. "Beautiful hotel with stellar amenities. Travelled as a couple and spent most of our time at the rooftop pool (adults only) and it was exceptional. Ate at the Tigress—make a reso! Check in was seamless, the concierge very helpful and friendly. 10/10 no notes."
