Downsides were breakfast times - closing by 9.30 on weekdays and although later on weekends, you have to book a designated time - we were made very aware we were to be gone by 9.15 on a sat, not acceptable in a 5* hotel. Very much angled to short stay or business people. Cleaning was hit and miss with dirty cups...
