The staff was very respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. There was a language barrier, so I could not use the phone in my room. The front desk staff used a translation service on their cell phones to assist me. They even assisted me with one issue that had nothing to do with the hotel. They were available to me every day for assistance. I felt I was calling on them too often, but they insisted on helping me.
All the other staff was also excellent...room cleaners, restaurant, front door, etc.
