“Staff were very friendly, food was great but the only complaint I have is where kids running around and kicking the bedroom doors especially my elderly parents bedroom door where they actually damaged the door plus it happened a few times. When we complained felt it wasn’t taken seriously. Plus a resident on our floor followed the 4 boys after kicking the doors and told front desk staff and they weren’t very worried about it or concerned. He felt they didn’t care. Another resident had kids...

“The hotel overall is very nice! When we were there, there was a fair going on right outside our window. It wasn’t nearly as noisy as we thought it would be though. The area felt very safe. The breakfast is nice as well. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work which was unfortunate.”
