“Beautiful apartment”

“Comunicazione e check-in perfetti! La struttura è meravigliosa, situata nel centro di Minervino, camere ampie e ben arredate. Bellissima la zona piscina, curata e pulita. Bella la terrazza usata per la colazione, buona ma darei maggior spazio alla parte salata con un po’ di prodotti tipici locali (formaggi e affettati). Viaggio spesso per lavoro e, una cosa sempre gradita e che consiglio, è far trovare in camera una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto e una cialda di caffè”

“Wonderful, helpful owners/staff. Breakfast was delicious! The area has cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. There is also a supermarket within a few minutes walk. If you want to explore further afield, you will need a car or expect to pay for taxis, as the area isn't served well with public transport (In May at least).”

“Wirklich sehr schönes und ordentliches Apartment. Die Küche war genügend ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Wer ein auto mitbringt kann es dort parken, die Parkgebühren lagen bei unserm Mietwagen für eine Nacht bei 15€ dies empfanden wir als etwas teuer aber vll wird das Parken ja günstiger wenn man es von vornherein anfragt, wir waren sehr spontan mit dem Parkplatz. Es gibt auf dem Dach eine sehr schöne Terrasse und im Keller eine minibar mit bezahlbaren Wein und Wasser. ”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, a charcuterie spread and pastries. Will fresh squeeze orange juice on request and will make eggs upon request. Coffee was excellent ”

“Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.”
