"The hotel is where it claims to be... a short walk away from Reeperbahn and a short walk from Millerntor Stadium/Heiligengeistfeld. My room was ready and was more or less what I'd expected, but the shower was very badly in need of maintenance (the shower head was not screwed on properly and many of the holes were clogged, probably with calcium deposits). There was also only one type of soap... no shampoo/conditioner/hand soap. The only bottle which had been on the sink said it was a body and...

"The room design is different, we liked it. We had a lovely garden view. We stayed on weeknights and the club/bar area was quiet. The days were very warm the last week of August, and the AC was adequate. Apparently most accommodations don't have AC, so we felt lucky. We walked everywhere from our hotel to see the sights. Train station close enough to walk, but Uber was easier! The location was ideal for us."
