“Hotel was clean and tidy excellent staff, only complaint I had was showering and contractor turned the water off which left me half way through a shower still with shampoo in my hair and had to wait an hour for it to be turned back on not the hotel fault and they were apologising and said that they did not inform the hotel that the water was going to be turned off. Overall stay was pleasant, and would definitely return. ”

“Staff were nice as was the room but it quite small.”

“This is a very old building and the condition reflects this. But it is well maintained and I love that its a bit creaky and shows the history of this distinguished establishment. Staff were very professional and welcoming and the food yesterday evening was a relief after a long day that I didn't have to leave to find something elsewhere. Breakfast (Full Welsh - vegetarian) was massive and kept me going all day”
