1. Location: the location was good, although I realized that a hotel near Termini station would be better, since every touristic place starts from Termini station. But travi fountain, Spain square were on 5-min walk distance, that was why I chose this place first. Anyway, the neighborhood was good, some cozy and reasonable restaurants are close.
2. Service: every hotel staff was kind and very willing to help customers. They start explaining the neighborhood and places to go with a free map right after you register at the reception. You can also get some nice Italian food at Alex cafe,in front of the hotel with discount price. umbrella rental service was quite nice too.
3. Amenities: don't expect too much to amenities. They provides one shampoo-bodywash, soaps, and some travail stuff, but no toothbrush, nor some useful helpful stuff. But at least they had an electric kettle, so I could make my tea or coffee in the room.
4. Breakfast: 6 euros per person. It was between somewhere okay and not highly recommended. We had two breakfasts, every day was the same menu, the only edible food was some ham, scrambled egg(not hot, not tasty, just "scrambled"), steamed rice(don't know why it was wet and watery, not 100% cooked, you can still feel the rawness of rice), oh, well, toasts with jam and butter. However, the cappucino made with the espresso machine(after asking the staff) was quite good, that was the only thing deserved 6 euros in my mind.
