" I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and Crailsheim. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to choose from each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it...

"Good location on the edge of the old town, right near the wall. Safe and convenient. Rooms were decent, clean enough, pretty basic. Staff was not friendly nor helpful, unwilling to give us basic space for our family to gather outside our rooms (3 rooms for 4 nights, thought that might warrant using an empty table in an empty room of the restaurant, but not allowed even when restaurant empty). They appeared overworked and frustrated. It was over the Christmas holiday, so that was surely part...

"Really nice period hotel upgraded. Inside the city wall close to everything. Wish we spent at least another full day in the city. Had a blast here, hotel breakfast was fantastic. 10 minute walk from train station, no need for a car unless you pack a large suitcase. Would definitely go back "

Cozy Bavarian Experience

"This hotel was like staying with your favorite Bavarian auntie. The common areas were full of history about the hotel. The balcony is open for guest to sit and enjoy the views. The decor was cozy and charming and will always be part of my memories of this trip. Staff was great, breakfast was great. They also had parking. "

"Great hotel. Staff were friendly, room modern, large and clean. Food, service and ambience in the restaurant also great. Only disappointment was the city. I was hoping for a bit more life and places to visit. But it was a Sunday so maybe lots of places were shut."

I had an excellent stay at Rugs Hotel Augsburg

"I had an excellent stay at Rugs Hotel Augsburg. Due to a convention going on in Munich, and drastically upcharged hotel rooms, I decided to stay in Augsburg and commute to Munich by train on the days I wanted. The train was only 30 minutes from Augsburg to Munich. The Rugs Hotel is located right next to Augsburg HBF so it was easy to hop on and off of the train and walk to the hotel. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints."
