“Hotel used to be lovely. Now very tired. room had a layer of dust under furniture that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for years. Wifi didn't reach the room reliably and TV wasn't connected to aerial. The lounges are worn and they don't reserve some space for residents so you may not be able to use public areas unless you book them. Oh, and don't be a vegetarian.”

“Only slight issue it was a bit chilly in the room though not too bad and we were only there a night so didn’t mention. Otherwise all good. Great central location opposite park (handy for dog walking). You made our dog very welcome. You have lovely staff who seemed genuinely interested in guests. You have a lovely bar and restaurant/room service. Parking next door easy to access. ”
