“The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service. “A localização ao imóvel é ótima, com várias facilidades próximas, como por exemplo restaurantes e mercados. Entretanto, encontramos o apartamento com talheres e louças incompletos, móveis quebrados (um banco estava com a perna quebrada e o estendedor de roupas também estava quebrado). Apesar de o conserto ter sido providenciado, nota-se que a manutenção do imóvel é incompleta. Também sentimos falta de material de limpeza, como produtos de limpeza e até sacos de lixo em quantidade insuficiente.”
