“We liked the property. However to communicate was a problem through the app. We received too many e-mails after responding to the first one. Also two of the plugs in the unit was not working. Another big problem was that there is no plug close to a mirror to blow dry hair. Views were good and area is quiet. Parking is a bit tight.”

“I put my money in the safe but was robbed of 210 euros during my absence. Lucky for me that I wasn't robbed of all my money but this kind of thing should not happen in an apartment like this. I hope the Law Hill apartment takes this matter seriously and gives me an acceptable response for my loss.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay only issues that arose were1. Towels: One full size towel per person..I requested small towels like the one for wiping hands..I never received them. 2. The shower leaks badly onto the floor in the bathroom. It is affecting the wall too.”

“Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking around the Manhattan is also a bit of a challenge. The bed was creaky and slightly dated. Other than that it was great experience, smooth easy process from booking to checking out.”

“The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service.
