“Upon arrival our room was booked to someone else and there were no replacement. My family and I, after travelling all night had to sleep in the car. I would recommend going to a reputable branded hotel. It will be a bit pricey but at least your booking would be honored. Note this was a prepaid reservation and i was still met with disappointment on arrival. “Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge.”
