“This resort is consistent, we've been here a bunch of times and quite frankly it's our favorite adults only resort in Cancun. We always book Serenity Club and request Eduardo as our Butler, he has amazing attention to detail and always delivers. Thank you Eduardo for your service! “Lagoon great for kids”

“Great resort! Food is good and fresh a 4 stars for me not a 5 stars. But since the resort is so nice, clean and the staff friendly and helpful the food is very acceptable. They also have a great choice of a la carte restaurants and La Fleur is an excellent one. The beach is beautiful, lots of shade, water shoes are useful since the bottom is rocky in some area. And the coaties were not a problem, they had a lot less around than when I first visited 5 years ago. We had a great time!!”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good and definitely lots of it. Entertainment was limited. Not much to do in the evenings. There was often a show and the bar and that's about it. Several people went off property I believe.”

“I took a trip with my child, and the kid-friendly pool was fantastic! We got to try a variety of cuisines, and the food at the individual restaurants was far superior to the buffet. The level of service was more than satisfactory. There was a great gym, but sadly, I didn't get around to using it. Despite it being the off-season, there were quite a few people, so we had to wait a bit—I'm not sure if this is normal or just my perception from lack of comparison.
