“When I arrived at this hostel, it was my fault that it was earlier than the check-in time. He, Ukrainian taxi driver negotiated with me, but I was rejected as well. So I had to take another hostel.”

“I went to the address in Expedia, but there was no hostel. I asked ‘Where’s Hostel Leo?’ to nearby workers, then their answer was ‘It’s closed, sorry.’. I disappointed with angry. Of course I concern about the situation of Ukraine, therefore I lost stay 2 times.”

“My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! ”

“It was ok. I liked it. Room was a bit difficult to breath at night due to lack of ventilation. The more people, the less oxygen. Also, some noise at night by boys in the building. Other than that it was nice. Seemed safe, and a nice seating area. I would stay again, but I will hope it will be less people in the room.”
