“My trip was last minute so my reservation was made on the day of arrival. In spite of this I received the check-in/ access codes within an hour of the reservation. The studio is the annexe or possibly garage conversion but had exactly what was needed; comfortable bed, shower room and kitchen area. “Lovely clean apartment that looks really impressive and modern. Unfortunately the temperature was set to 25 degrees and we were unable to change this, whilst trying to get ready for a formal event. It was rather uncomfortable putting a suit on in 25 degree heat!!!”

“The property was clean but showing a lot of wear. The flooring was rotting in two places (kitchen and bathroom), and the plumbing leaked onto the floor when one of the bathroom sinks was used. If not for the plumbing and floors, it would have been much better. Otherwise comfortable, felt safe, quiet, and was in a convenient location. ”

A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. “Loved the property which was very spacious. The beds are so comfortable! The only negatives is that we had to find somebody in the lobby to help us check in which felt a bit awkward. Also the flooring is very creaky and you can hear everybodys footsteps lol ”
