We have one evening stay at this hotel on 11/16/2024. At around 9pm when I tried to use shower and bath tub does not have water at all. The hotel frontdesk said they would contact working to fix the issue. But few hours later, after repeated calls, they said the people who could fix the issue all went home. The earliest time possible to fix the issue would be 8am the next day, which is about the time for us to checkout. The frontdesk then said he would discount the charge for $100, but since I booked through Expedia, they would refund to Expedia and I have to contact Expedia for the discount. The I contacted Expedia Travel Team. According to Expedia Travel Team, "Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the Hilton Garden Inn Durham Southpoint manager to waive the refund fee."
