“The proprietor is friendly and kind. We arrived late due to an almost two hour delay at the toll booth between Piste de Chichen Itza and Cancun. We stayed in a room upstairs with a common hall bathroom. The room had it's own air conditioning. We left for our flight early the next morning, so we didn't get to do anything but sleep and shower.
