"This is not a four star property, at least based on comparables. Four star is usually Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton. The property and grounds at this resort may rise to four star, but the rooms, buildings, housekeeping do not. Having said that, in this part of California there are not many nicer hotels, but this is an older property that could use some work, at least where I was in the 6000’s. The common areas were very tired, poor lighting, stained carpeting. The rooms themselves were ok, minimalist and functional. The property doesn’t make a great first impression."

"My stay at the hotel had a mix of positives and frustrations. On the positive side, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities met expectations. The overall property was also in good condition, which made for a comfortable environment during my stay. However, my experience took a turn when I discovered an item missing from my room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk at checkout, the response I received was minimal and dismissive. There was little acknowledgment, concern, or effort to look into the situation further. Just a note taken down and a simple “OK.” The lack of urgency in addressing my concern was disappointing. What could have been a pleasant stay ended on a negative note. While the physical aspects of the hotel were solid, the customer service in handling this issue fell short."

"Room was in terrible condition, paint peeling off the walls, holes in bathroom door, ceiling tiles stained and not set in place. Room was not stocked with coffee, ice bucket or cups."

"Parking was good and staff was good might just be a little hard to communicate with them. Room was good as well wish there was more amenities like a hair dryer and stuff like that. Had a few inconveniences like water wasn’t working due to plumber and room card stopped working. But overall it’s an okay place to stay for a night or two."
