Good location, Bucerias is a small village and far enough from the PV density, but close enough for easy access to airport and services.
Property has all one needs in a resort, with great amenities (kayaks, boards, bikes, tennis, pickleball, etc.), good beach access with plenty of chairs (if you go early)
Structure is a bit dated, might use some renovation. Rooms are rather basic, not fancy, but clean and functioning. The staff is very nice and they do all they can to help you.
Choice of restaurants is good, but you have to book them early in the morning before they sell out. Quality and variety of the food has room for improvement; after 5 days we were definitely ready for a change! Providing better choice in small things (like adding espresso / cappuccino machines...) would go a long way to improve the overall experience.
Overall, good value for the price, not a fancy resort, but we had a great time.
