Our stay was short but Suzann was lovely and provided us with tips on where to go to maximize our time on Vieques and enjoy beautiful parts of the island. The room was well appointed and comfortable. “We have visited Vieques a couple of times. This hotel is so nice! Sean and Paul are excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating. An adult only, with coffee and toasts for breakfast included next to a beautiful pool. It is surrounded by mountains but minutes from the beaches. The location makes it an ideal place to relax. Add the comfort of the bed and you will be new the next day! ”

The sounds of nature were delightful. The horses, as everywhere, were fun to have around, though the horse poop, as everywhere on the island, was ubiquitous on the property.”

Even though this is a large resort, it felt oddly intimate and you would see the same people over and over again. None of the facilities were ever over-crowded, and because there are so many options of things to do guests are spread out doing what they love, whether it’s golfing, playing pickleball, going to one of the many pools, taking the ferry to Palamino...

I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. “We stayed for 4 nights here and overall the stay was pleasant. The hosts were communicative and gave very clear instructions on check-in/check-out. The apartment had 2 bedrooms 2 baths and came with a washer/ dryer which was a huge plus. It is a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional. They left books for reading, card games, plenty of towels and toiletries. My one and only complaint was there were ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms.
