"Excellent apartment within easy walking distance of major sights in Florence! Top floor of an office building overlooking Piazza Della Repubblica. Dozens of restaurants within minutes of the front door. Elevator service to the fifth floor and then a dozen or so steps to the apartment door (bring bags that you can carry up a flight of stairs). Nice deck with a view to the Arno River. "

"Great place to stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and check in and out was easy. This hotel is in the restricted traffic area of Florence so if you’re driving stay somewhere outside this area. "

"Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby."

"Overall fairly good stay.. first night no heat or hot water took untl mid afternoon to resolve, but the support staff was very good about getting someone out to fix. Comfortable little place, shower extremely small, and the multiple flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase is not fun. Overall give the support and place a positive rating."

"Apartment was lovely and big, quiet neighbourhood with lots of local Italians and not many tourists, but a very close walk to central Florence. My partner and I both were really happy with the stay."

"This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c. They finally admitted they close air conditioning in September so we only had ventilation. It was not fun trying to sleep even with windows open. They also have a giant jacuzzi for the shower. If your older with mobility issues, it wouldn’t be great. They need to clean the black mold in calking! It is very...
