"Mother Daughter weekend trip to The Art Institute with some sightseeing. The location was fantastic. The hotel was beautifully restored and quite lovely. The wall of windows with a great view were a surprise. Beds and bedding were amazingly comfortable, towels were soft and decent size. Loved the duvets and assortment of pillows, it felt very luxurious. Water bottle and refill station was a very nice amenity. I read reviews of noise and other than the occasional siren, we had no issues...

"It was quick and easy to check-in and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about what we received with our upgrade. We checked in close to 11pm and having the process go as smoothly as it went made for a great experience!
